Eligibility for Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Time Frame

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) can be canceled the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM can be canceled before 10:00 AM the next business day.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following types of orders cannot be canceled:

Orders that are already processed, packed, or shipped.
Customised or sealed products due to hygiene reasons.
Orders placed during flash sales, promotions, or with coupon codes.

Refund for Canceled Orders

If payment was made online, the full amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
No refund is required for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, as no payment was collected.
